Most importantly, it should be alive! This is the main reason why we change our wine list frequently.
You will find not just familiar names that you recognize, but also more of new producers, small productions,
boutique wines from around the world.
Furthermore, in order for you to enjoying your wine to the fullest potentials,
we only use Riedel crystal stemware.
In regards to our commitments to our wine collections,
Amarin Thai Cuisine was the recipient of
Award of Excellence from The Wine Spectator in 2005, 2009, 2010.
“The Award of Excellence recognizes a commitment to a fine wine list,
with a sufficient selection of better producers along with a thematic match to
the menu in both price and style. In order to attain this recognition,
restaurants must meet specific criteria with respect to the size of
the wine list and its selections.”
Wine by the glass is served in 6 oz. carafe.
Most of our wines are full bottle (750ml),
unless noted as Half Bottle (375ml).
Serving size for bubbles and desserts wines is 187ml.
